Problem: cone crusher speed too fast

Reason and solution:

The gap between principal axis and taper bushing is too small. To solve this problem, operators can add gasket in the annular contact surface of spherical bearings and frame. In this case, the movable cone will rise and the gap between principal axis and taper bushing will also increase. The spherical bearings and the spherical surface of movable cone contact in the inner track. To solve this problem, operators should make scraping treatment to the spherical bearings and make them contact in the outside track.

Problem: dust producing

Reason and solution:

Because the movable cone has high movement numbers and large oscillation stroke, and its final products are very fine, so the dust will easily enters the lubrication system, causing reduction of service life of lubrication oil. To solve this problem, operators should fix a piece of industrial felt about 8-10mm on the outside edge of spherical bearings. It can effectively avoid the dusts enter lubrication system.

Problem: the connection between cone head and principal axis loosen.

Solution: the cone head and principal axis is connected by screw thread, so after being operated a certain time, operators should process the screw thread to ensure the size is proper.

Problem: blocking of hopper

Reason and solution:

Since the raw materials fed into cone crusher are unevenly and there will form a right angle in the transition area of hopper and feed opening, which may cause the block, especially when the moisture content of raw materials changes. To solve this problem, we can add a tilted arc lining plate before the hopper to make the raw materials can slid into the feed opening.
