In the river pebble sand making plant, we need jaw crusher, cone crusher, sand making machine, feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor.
Here, jaw crusher is the primary crusher for coarsely crushing the river pebble. Cone crusher is the fine crusher to crush the river pebble into proper sizes to enter the sand making machine. Sand making machine is used to crush the river pebble into sand. Feeder is used to feed the raw river pebble into jaw crusher evenly and continuously. Vibrating screen is used to grade the crushed river pebble. Belt conveyor is used to transfer the river pebble from one machine to another.

After the above process, in order to get clean sand, we need a sand washing to remove the dust out. SBM provides LSX and XSD series sand washer for the customers to choose. Sand washing machine can upgrade the sand particles by removing the dust, dirt or other impurities. The capacity of our sand washing machine can reach to 350 tons per hour.
