Typical quarrying methods to extract the dolomite will be used. Operation will include drilling and blasting, loading and hauling from the quarry to the stockyard adjacent to the quarry crushing plant where the dolomite will be crushed. Dolomite crushing operation can be processed in three stages according final products application. The dolomite stone will be first conveyed to the primary crusher plant. Jaw crusher, impact crushe, or gyratory crushers are usually used for initial size reduction.

Then the primary crushed dolomite material will be screened for separation. The stone that is too large to pass through the top deck of the scalping screen is processed in the secondary crusher. Cone crushers are commonly used for secondary crushing. Some operators require very fine dolomite particle size for special applications. Then the tertiary dolomite crusher plant with MTW will will be applied.
