To solve this problem, operators need to clean the incrustant in the pipe firstly and then cut off the water and then filter it. After this, send the water to the reducer in order to decrease its temperature.

Generally, the connection of quill shaft and shell is that quill shaft connects the flange and the flange connects the shell. And they are connected by screw bolts. But in the operation process, because of deformation, thermal expansion, high temperature and corrosion, the screw bolts will loosen. After long term operation, the screw bolts will part. To solve this problem, we can replace half of the screw bolts with hinged pin.

When the temperature of sleeve bearings increases rapidly and there is loud sound in the transmission part, this is because the grinding head sinks. In this case, the grinding mill moves forward and tilts. This will not only reduce the capacity but also produce friction. To solve this problem, operators should lengthen the weld of the foundation bolts and lift the bearing seat, making the shell keep balance.
