Typically, in a crushing line, we need primary crusher for coarse crushing and secondary crusher for fine crushing. Firstly, the bulk iron ore will be fed into jaw crusher evenly and continuously by the vibrating feeder. Then crushed iron ore will be conveyed to cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After being crushed in the cone crusher, the iron ore particles will be sent to the vibrating screen for grading. The parts with required sizes will be sent to fixed area for end use or further processing while others will be sent back to the cone crusher for re-crushing.
