Tanzania Gold Milling Line
There are rich mineral resources in Tanzania, such as diamond, gold, coal, iron, phosphate, gas etc. Since ancient times, gold is treated as the symbol of wealth and social position. And with the increasing of gold price, more and more investors pay attention to gold processing. Every year, many Tanzania investors contact SBM consult for various kinds of gold processing equipment. in this article, we mainly talk about gold milling line in Tanzania.
Tanzania Gold Milling Line
Our engineer designed a complete gold milling line for a Tanzania customer in 2011. This customer needed a 10tph gold powder production line and the final output size he required was 200mesh. After communication, we also learned that the max feed size of the raw gold ore was about 70mm. combining these factors and his investment capital, our engineer designed a milling line for him, which consist of a feeder, a PE250*400 jaw crusher, a 1830*6400 ball mill and several belt conveyors.
Firstly, the raw gold ore will be fed into jaw crusher by the feeder. After being crushed in the jaw crusher, the gold ore will be conveyed to the ball mill for grinding. Gold particles in the ball mill will be ground into suitable sized powder. By changing the size of balls in the ball mill, we can adjust the output size.
Gold Powder Production Equipment
Besides ball mill, SBM also provides other grinding equipment for gold powder production, such as trapezium mill, vertical grinding mill, hammer mill, ultrafine mill, rod mill etc. The working principles and features of these mills are different, but they are all designed on the basis of years’ experience and research. Among these mills, hammer mill is particularly suitable for coarse powder making while ultrafine mill for super fine powder making.
