Mica has stable physical and chemical properties, such as insulated, high temperature resistant etc. Mica is widely used in various industries, such as construction material, fire industry, and plastic, fire extinguishing agent, paper making, and rubber and so on. Among various mica types, the most commonly used in industry is muscovite, followed by phlogopite.
The common specifications of mica: 1-6 mesh, 6-10mesh, 10-20mesh, 20-40mesh, 60-80mesh, 80-100mesh, 150mesh, 200mesh, 400mesh, 600mesh, 800mesh, 1250mesh and so on, and it can be produced according to the requirements of the customers. To produce super fine mica powder with 1250mesh, we suggest our XZM series ultrafine mill. The fineness of this mill can reach to 2500mesh, totally suitable for super fine powder making. While grinding mica, this mill shows remarkable advantages:
- High efficiency and low energy consumption: compared with traditional jet mill and mixing mill, the capacity of XZM mill can increase about 40%;
