Optimize The Dust Collecting System

At present, most of the dust collecting systems are central dust collecting system. We suggest manufacturers to reduce the scale and adopt distributed dust collecting system. With good airtight dust producing source, we can combine ventilation dust removal and wet dust removal.

Wet dust removal: Wet dust removal is simple and economic. It reduces or eliminates the dust producing by humidifying raw materials evenly and collects the produced dust. But for this dust removal method, operators should pay special attention to the amount of water. If the raw materials contain too much moisture, it will affect the crushing& screening efficiency. If the amount of water is too less, it will affect the dust removing efficiency.

Mechanical ventilation dust removal: in order to keep the balance of air quantity in the system and to ensure the dust removing efficiency, we generally set 2-6 ventilation points.

Adopt Dust Collector

Dust collector is one of the key components in dust collecting system. It refines the dust from dust producing sources and then separates the dust out. The quality of dust collector directly affects the environmental health of the working condition. Besides, if the efficiency of dust collector is very low, this will lead to badly damage of impeller in the blower. So to reduce the dust producing, we need to adopt efficient dust collector.
