The Bearing of VSI Crusher

As we know, bearing belongs to wearing parts of crusher. As for SBM VSI crusher, there are four bearings. There are two sets cylindrical roller bearing installation above, one set is installed at the bottom and one deep groove ball bearing. All of them play very important role in crusher.

The advantages of deep groove ball bearing is that radial structure is compact, its inner diameter size and the load capacity and other types of deep groove ball bearings at the same time and the diameter is minimum, it particularly applicable to support the limited size of the radial installation .The advantages of cylindrical roller bearing are that it is the main part of the radial load and it can withstand big load.

Sometimes, when the machine working, the temperature of the bearing continuously rising, and the lubrication oil will be loss by the high temperature. If there is no new bearing in store to replace, we can take the following manners:

1. 1.Check the gap of bearing outer ring and bearing chassis cover, in normal condition, it is only 0.10 mm, when the temperature of bearing rising up , it cannot meet the requirement of the bearing’s freely move . So you should put the copper piece which thickness 0.15mm between then and then tight up the bolts.
2. 2.Because of rolling element bearing and rolling body have damaged and the lubrication grease cannot meet the requirement of lubrication. Then use another copper plate make into chassis cover, above and below the welding a tower-shape joint, the water inlet from the upper side, and discharge from the below. And this way can take out of the iron pieces which produced by the production process.
3. 3.Using the oil tank make a simple water cooling tank. and another side install a oil tank , move away the oil pump and motor , while installed the oil tank on it .

Based on the above steps , the bearing temperature will be stay about 45℃. And the machine will be working stability .
